Accountant at Fort Knox Group

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or ACA) is an added advantage.
• 2 - 4 years experience in accounting or finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
