Accountant (Female) at Rovedana

Location: Yaba, Lagos

Salary: 150,000 - 200,000 Naira Net/Month

Job Description: Our Client, an FMCG company needs the services of a young and very smart Female Accountant who can manage all the company’s finance and serve as an account officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

• Manage key accounts

• Supervise the activities of the Payment Agents.

• Manage the accounts receivable, alerting Management about problem accounts.

• Ensure that all customers who have successfully completed their transactions are paid the amount due to them.

• Daily confirm that all payments are made accurately with no underpayment, overpayment or wrong payment (payment made to a person who did not trade).

• Record payments and report periodic balance sheets of amounts and numbers of transactions conducted over a certain period.

• Receiving funds from the Company’s Vendors and dispensing the funds appropriately.

• Audit financial transactions and documents.

Key Requirements:

• HND, Bsc In Accounting, Finance or Economics

• 3-5 years professional experience in account and financial management

• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures

• Hands-on experience with accounting software

• Good account management skills.

• Advanced MS Excel skills

• Affiliation to any major Account or Finance body is an added advantage.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
