Job Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records, reconcile accounts, and ensure proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, company policies, and financial best practices.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance to support business decisions.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for strategic planning.
• Supervise and support the accounting team to ensure efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Handle payroll processing, ensuring accurate salary disbursements and compliance with statutory deductions.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in an accounting/finance role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or SAP).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
