Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly payroll, PAYE, and pension schedules.
- Maintainaccurate accounting records and ledgers using Excel or accounting software.
- Perform monthly bank and petty cash reconciliations.
- Monitoring financial transactions, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to internal controls.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in all financial processes.
- Prepare monthly and quartely reports on financial status of the company.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with a minimum of 2-4years of work experience.
- Candidates with UPPER degrees will be given preference.
- Candidate must reside in Benin City Only. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing internal accounts, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring timely remittances to statutory bodies.
