Accountant at De Yumz Enterprise

Job Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the financial records and daily accounting operations of our restaurant.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales tracking, expense management, cash reconciliation, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Record daily sales, expenses, and other financial transactions
• Reconcile cash, POS records, and bank transactions
• Monitor and control restaurant expenses and budgets
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Track inventory costs and support stock control processes
• Ensure accurate payroll records and staff payments (where applicable)
• Maintain proper financial documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with basic accounting standards and company policies
• Support management with financial insights and reports.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an accountant or accounts officer (restaurant or hospitality experience is an advantage)
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
• Ability to work with spreadsheets, accounting software, or POS systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Honest, organized, and confidential
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
