Key Responsibilities

• Financial record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Financial reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Budgeting and forecasting: Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts.
• Accounts management: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Financial analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and club policies.
• Internal controls: Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity and prevent errors or irregularities.

Club-Specific Responsibilities:

• Membership and revenue tracking: Track membership revenue, including subscriptions and payments.
• Event financial management: Manage financial aspects of events, including budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Bar and food sales management: Oversee financial management of bar and food sales, including inventory management and revenue tracking.

Requirements
