Job description

• Manage day-to-day financial operations and accounting procedures.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors.
• Assist management in financial decision-making with timely and accurate reports.
• Implement cost-saving measures and monitor budgeting and forecasting processes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• ICAN/ACCA certification (or in advanced stages of certification) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Attention to detail, integrity, and high ethical standards.
