Accountant at Ascentech Services Limited

Salary Range: ₦250,000 – ₦300,000 monthly

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team within the interior design industry. The successful candidate will manage the company’s financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and provide accurate financial reporting to support business decisions and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Oversee tax filings, payroll processing, and statutory remittances.
• Develop and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain financial records and documentation in compliance with accounting regulations.
• Collaborate with management to prepare forecasts and financial reports.
• Liaise with auditors and provide necessary documentation during audit exercises.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, preferably within the interior design, construction, or creative sector.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Excel).
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or in progress) is an added advantage.
