Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
• Reconcile accounts, manage budgets, and forecast financial performance.
• Assist with tax preparation and filing.
• Handle general ledger accounting and month-end/year-end closing.
• Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies.
• Managing office supplies and equipment
• Providing support to team members and leadership
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or other office tools
• Knowledge of office management procedures
• Time management and multitasking abilities

Qualifications:

• MINIMUM ATS CERTIFICATION REQUIRED - 5YEARS POST QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of accounting software and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of relevant accounting regulations and tax laws.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Adaptability and ability to work under pressure
