Account Support Officer at Resource Intermediaries Limited

LOCATION: Ibadan, Agbara, Sango Otta, Shagamu, Ado-Ekiti, Akure, Ilorin, Ogbomosho, Ile-Ife, Oshogbo.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Customer Support & Service: Handling queries regarding accounts, processing payments, and resolving customer complaints efficiently.
• Account Maintenance & Administration: Opening and closing accounts, updating customer information, managing documentation, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Transaction Processing: Assisting with deposits, withdrawals, and tracking transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensuring all banking activities and transactions comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Internal Support: Assisting the wider banking team with administrative duties, such as managing, preparing, or reviewing account reports. 

Required Skills:

• OND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related discipline only.
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in banking operations, commercial/business banking support, client
  onboarding. 
•  High accuracy in recording financial data and checking documents.
•  Excellent verbal and written skills for client interaction.
• Competence in using banking software, computer systems, and, or digital banking platforms.
•  Ability to resolve issues related to customer accounts and transactions.
