Account Resource Manager at Vestiro Integrated Services Limited

Job Description 

• Preparing accounts, Compute and filing tax returns 
• Auditing Financial information 
• Prepare Project Account 
• Comply with financial policies and regulations 
• Compiling and presenting reports,  budgets, business plans,  commentaries and financial statements 
• Providing tax planning services with reference to current legislation 
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis 
• Assigning available staff to projects based on their skills and experience. 
• Hiring new staff in accordance with project budgets 
• Providing project Managers with ongoing resource management and related support 
• Monitoring employees utilization, workload,  and overtime hours. 
• Mitigating resource concerns by reallocating resources, adjusting goals,  or assigning additional staff. 
• Assisting with Hr processes such as payroll administration,  compensation and benefit plans and staff training. 
• Collaborating on resource management with internal departments. 
• Documenting process and maintaining records. 

Requirements 

• At least 10years in require field
• Bachelor's Degree in Human resource management , Accounting or similar field 
• Experience in managing budgets 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Exceptional organizational and Time-management Skills including ISO 9001 Quality Management System
• Indept knowledge of applicable statutory and regulatory laws
