This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Relationship Manager located in Apapa.
The Account Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Daily tasks include handling client queries, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams, and conducting reviews to monitor client account activities and performance.
The role involves a high level of interaction with clients, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
Account management and client relationship skills
Experience in financial services, commercial banking, and/or consumer banking
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to prepare detailed reports and presentations
Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
Experience in developing strategies for account growth is a plus
