Job Summary:

As our account officer, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, receipts, and invoices.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
• Prepare and submit periodic financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in accounting or a related role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Salary: 

N300,000 – N500,000
