• Key Elements of the Role
• Report to the Head Banking
• Overseeing marine insurance certificate process, resolving dispute on insured certificate and premium payment
• Training banking trainees on the best importation practice. 
• Overseeing form M processing and resolving issue on form M approval.
• Following up with bank for retail intervention bidding and result.
•  Approving online LC application and releasing to banks.
• Updating LC info in ERP
• Creating FX file in ERP
• Assist in confirming draft LC and ensure transmitted LCs are advised to beneficiary
• Monitoring bank charges to avoid excess charges (LC commission, OTC charges, form M charges etc.)
• Pre and Post Neg charges reconciliation and pressurizing banks for excess charges reversal.
• Loan request, loan liquidation and reconciliation.
• Follow up with banks for reversal of LCs equity contribution.
• New/renewal of all bank’s facilities.
• Follow up with bank for bills for collection payment to supplier and assisting with LC payment to supplier.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• Proven work experience (5 years) in similar role
• Knowledge of general accounting processes
