Account Officer at Pistachio Associates

About the Role

• We are looking to hire an Account Officer who has prior experience in Internal Control/Aduit. He/she will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Invoice Processing: Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Bank & POS Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accurate accounting of all financial transactions.
• File Management: Maintain and ensure all necessary documentation for transactions are kept for
• reference and audit purposes.
• Inventory Control and Reporting: Oversee inventory management, ensuring accurate tracking, valuation and reporting.
• Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and budgets, and contribute to financial analysis as needed.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields with 3 years work experience.
