Job Description

Responsibilities

• Maintain records and receipts for all daily transactions
• Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Update internal systems with financial data
• Reconcile bank statements
• Track bank deposits and payments
• Monitor all bank deposits and payments
• Perform periodic financial analysis to detect and resolve problems

Qualifications

• HND/BSc in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• 1 year experience as an Account Officer, Finance or Reconciliation Officer
• Knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• Good with Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Possess good team spirit 
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
• Ability to communicate effectively
