Job Description
As an Account Officer at Nett Pharmacy, you will play a vital role in working with our account team to manageour financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.
• Managing accounts payable and receivable.
• Conducting regular reconciliations of bank statements.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Assisting in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Supporting internal and external audits.
• Identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and process financial transactions accurately.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor and manage cash flow.
• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submissions.
• Support financial planning and analysis activities.
• Maintain and update financial databases and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting certification/qualification is an added advantage
• Minimum of 2-3 years proven experience as an accountant
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
