Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Account Officer to support the finance team in managing financial records, monitoring transactions, and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Perform reconciliation of accounts including bank and ledger reconciliations
• Monitor daily sales reports and financial transactions
• Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets
• Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Support internal and external audit processes when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years experience in an accounting role
• Strong knowledge of account reconciliation and financial reporting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
