Key Responsibilities
Financial Record Maintenance:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Assist in reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
• Update and maintain the general ledger.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare accurate financial reports and summaries for management.
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Conduct basic financial analysis to identify trends or discrepancies.

Compliance and Documentation:

• Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Support Functions:

• Collaborate with other Divisionto ensure smooth financial operations.
• Assist in preparing documents for audits and external reviews.
• Provide administrative support for the finance team as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree/HND in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Experience: 0 - 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related role. (Internship experience is a plus.)
