Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records using accounting software.
• Prepare and review financial documents such as invoices, bills, and bank statements.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Support budget preparation and expense tracking.
• Handle petty cash transactions and maintain proper records.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Liaise with auditors, vendors, and internal departments as needed.
• Support payroll processing and tax submissions.
