Account Officer at Esetech

Key Responsibilities

• Record and update daily financial transactions.
• Monitor income and outstanding payments.
• Assist with bank and transaction reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate and organised financial records.
• Prepare account schedules and information required for reports.
• Assist with payroll preparation and other staff payment records as directed by the Accountant.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and account related issues.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial transactions.
• Assist the Accountant with other accounting duties as required.

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1–3 years relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational skills.
• Honest, reliable and able to maintain confidentiality.
