Account Officer at E-Clinic & Diagnostic

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow up on outstanding payments from clients, HMOs, and corporate organizations, while maintaining accurate debtor records and preparing debt recovery reports.
• Handle billing, invoice preparation, and payment reconciliation and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.
• Assist in daily accounting operations, including cash reconciliation, financial reporting, expense tracking, and maintenance of proper accounting records.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, maintain confidentiality of financial information, and support audit and administrative processes.
• Liaise with departments and clients to resolve billing or payment issues and perform other finance-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of HND/B.Sc. in accounting or finance.
• Minimum of 1–3 years relevant experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and debt recovery skills with high integrity and attention to detail.
