Account Officer at Coleman Technical Industries Limited

Job Description

• Passing of monthly, quarterly and annual pre-paid entries and accrual entries.
• Bank reconciliation within 7 working days from close of the month.
• Asset management (Posting of monthly depreciation, amortization and disposal).
• Follow up with banks for excess charges detected in the course of reconciliation.
• Assist in preparation of management account.
• Verify, allocate, post and reconcile account payable and receivable.
• Assist in monthly payroll preparation.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.
• Physical stock countand reconciliation(quarterly)supervised by Manager, Account.
• Perform other task as assigned by the manager, Account.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc qualification.
• 2 - 3 years work experience.
