Duties and Responsibilities

• Vetting and approving VP documents before approval, using Conceptwise due dates and payment terms
• Approving BPV entries on Orion with N5million limit
• Approving BP on account entries on Orion with N2million limit
• Responding to Vendors enquiries by email and other medium
• Ensure Logistic and Gondola recoveries from Vendor\'s dues
• Ensuring that PRNs are recovered before payment to Vendors
• Ensure timely sharing of Remittance Advice to Vendors
• Physical meeting with Vendors for Reconciliations and payment delay issues
• Initiating staff salaries monthly
• Correspondence with Bank for failed and reversed transactions through the Banking team
• Correspondence with SCB Bank for document audit regarding Stock Finance loan
  Adhoc responsibilities - Dynamic 365, Finance and strategy committee etc

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes

• A graduate of Accounting with a strong accounting background
• ACCA or ICAN Certified
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and numerical skills
• Ability to coach, mentor, and lead 
• High accountability, communication skills, and attention to detail
• Strong business acumen and hands-on approach to problem-solving
