Account Officer at Armorsil West Africa

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Officer to join our team at Armorsil West Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.  

Responsibilities: 

•  Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements 
• Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll 
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements  
• Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to management 
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures 
• Collaborate with internal auditors and external auditors to ensure smooth audit processes  

Requirements: 

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
