• We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Account Manager to join our Taste division and lead growth across West Africa based in Casablanca, Morocco/Lagos, Nigeria.

Drive Business Growth

• Develop and execute strategic account plans that accelerate sales, profitability, and market share growth.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into sustainable commercial success.
• Expand existing customer relationships while actively developing new accounts.

Build Strong Customer Partnerships

• Develop senior-level and cross-functional relationships with key customer decision-makers and influencers.
• Become the primary point of contact for customers across all commercial matters.
• Understand customer strategies, market dynamics, consumer trends, and competitive landscapes.

Lead Commercial Success

• Own commercial negotiations including pricing, contracts, rebate agreements, payment terms, supply agreements, and strategic partnerships.
• Set and deliver ambitious growth objectives aligned with business strategy.
• Manage forecasting, opportunity pipelines, and business performance reviews.

Champion Innovation

• Lead customer projects from concept to commercialization.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Consumer Insights, Creative, R&D, and Application teams to deliver differentiated solutions.
• Bring consumer and market insights to inspire innovative food and beverage concepts.

Deliver Excellence

• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure flawless project execution.
• Effectively communicate account strategies and opportunities across the organization.
• Maintain accurate project tracking and reporting through IFF systems.

What Makes You The Right Fit

• 5-7 years of successful B2B commercial experience within the food ingredients, flavors, beverage, or related industries.
• Strong track record of delivering sales growth and building strategic customer relationships.
• Fluent in English & French - Arabic is a strong advantage
• Comfortable traveling up to 40% across the West African region.

Experience working with distributors and indirect business models.

• Beverage category experience is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related discipline.
• Additional education in Business, Marketing, or Commercial Management is an advantage.
