Account Manager at SLN Group

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Account Manager. As an integral part of our organization, the Account Manager will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction.
• This role will require exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen understanding of our client's needs and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and goals.
• Proactively address clients' concerns and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely updates, and reports, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Develop strategic account plans to maximize client retention and growth.
• Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions with clients.
• Monitor account performance metrics, prepare reports, and present progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 1- 3 years of proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Solid understanding of sales and customer service principles.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
