    Account Manager/Sales Specialist/Business Development Manager

    Job Overview:

    As an Account Manager/Sales Specialist/Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and selling tailored technology solutions toInternet Service Providers (ISPs) and clients in the manufacturing, financial services, and enterprise sectors. You will work closely with our sales and technical teams to understand client requirements, create custom solutions, and manage the sales process from inception to successful closure.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets for your assigned industry segments. Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
    • Industry Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the unique needs, challenges, and trends within the ISP, manufacturing, financial services, and enterprise sectors.
    • Client Engagement: Identify and target potential clients in these sectors through market research and lead generation. Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business goals and challenges.
    • Solution Development: Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose customized solutions that align with client needs and industry best practices.
    • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure a smooth transition to our delivery and support teams.
    • Account Management: Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field
    • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, with a track record of selling technology solutions to ISPs or within the manufacturing, financial services, or enterprise sectors
    • Strong understanding of the specific challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
