    Account Manager (Public Sector)

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager located in Abuja.
    • The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the region, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing accounts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Detailed Listing of Responsibilities

    • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
    • Act as the main point of contact between the client and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT consulting sector.
    • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our client base.
    • Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement with clients and effective sales strategies.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to clients.
    • Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate and realistic project scope.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
    • Experience in the information technology industry is preferred
    • Demonstrated sales and account management skills and experience
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow accounts
    • Knowledge and understanding of cloud-related technologies, such as AWS, Microsoft, and Google Cloud
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Ability to travel as needed
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
