Job Summary

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Intern to join our finance team. 
• This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in basic accounting processes, financial reporting, and administrative support in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial documents and reports.
• Support the processing of invoices, payments, receipts, and expense records.
• Help reconcile bank statements and accounts.
• Maintain and organize financial records and filing systems.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing processes.
• Participate in audits or inventory checks as required.
• Support the finance team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Recently graduated in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
