Job Brief

• We are seeking an Account Intern who will be responsible for providing support to the finance department by performing various tasks related to accounting, bookkeeping, and general office Administration.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting Support:

• Assist in the preparation of financial documents, such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Support the accountant in reconciliation of bank statements and other financial statements regularly.
• Process expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

Administrative Support:

• Manage and organize office files, documents, and records.
• Assist in general administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 0 - 1 year experience in accounting and administrative roles, with solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• NYSC / SIWES / Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Female, and must reside in close proximity to the Island
• Proficiency in using accounting tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Ability to learn fast, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
