We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Account / ICT Officer to handle both accounting tasks and basic ICT support.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of bookkeeping principles, basic tech troubleshooting, and digital tools for managing records and communication.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare basic financial reports
Process invoices, receipts, and petty cash
Support payroll preparation and expense tracking
Provide basic ICT support for systems, networks, and software tools
Manage digital records, data entry, and file organization
Support the use of accounting and office software
Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
