Job Summary

• We are looking for a smart and detail-oriented Account / ICT Officer to handle both accounting tasks and basic ICT support.
• The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of bookkeeping principles, basic tech troubleshooting, and digital tools for managing records and communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare basic financial reports
• Process invoices, receipts, and petty cash
• Support payroll preparation and expense tracking
• Provide basic ICT support for systems, networks, and software tools
• Manage digital records, data entry, and file organization
• Support the use of accounting and office software
• Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Basic ICT knowledge (network setup, printer/scanner issues, file management)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
