Account Clerk at Willers Solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage office files and records and prepare file storage list to enable easy access to files.
• Manage office supplies stock and place orders
• Inventory Management.
• Prepare data reports
• Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
• Taking transactions to bank
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages
• Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
• Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
• Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements
• Reconcile accounts in a timely manner

SALARY BUDGET: 180K-200K

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in ACCOUNTING.
• Minimum of 1-2years Proven experience as an ACCOUNT CLERK In an OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY UPSTREAM
• Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
• Competency in MS Office, databases and accounting software
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Aptitude for numbers
• Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
• Data entry and word processing skills
• Well organized.
