Account Clerk at a Leading Pharmaceutic Company

A reputable Pharmaceutical company based in Lagos with many years of operation requires the services of an experienced ACCOUNT CLERKin the factory and an ACCOUNT OFFICER for one of its subsidiaries (A specialist Hospital)

ACCOUNT CLERK JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Postings of transactions into general ledger
• Provide accounting and clerical support to the account department
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents and records
• Preparation of bank deposits and lodgments of payments into the bank
• Disbursement of petty cash
• Withdrawal of cash from the bank

Any other duty that may be assigned from time to time.

ACCOUNT CLERK REQUIREMENTS

• Working experience as an Account Clerk
• ND Accounting, Business Administration, any related fields with 2 years cognate experience as an Account clerk in a reputable company
• Experience using Accounting software (Tally, Peachtree, Herbst, Sage etc) will be an added advantage
• Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular) is a must
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important assignment
• Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
• Applicants must resides in Lagos; residence around Amuwo Odofin, Mile2, Festac, Coker, Apapa, Satelite town etc will be an added advantage
