Generating periodic financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to provide an overview of the organization's financial health.
Evaluating financial information to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement, and providing insights to stakeholders.
Assisting in the development and monitoring of budgets to ensure that financial goals are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
Performing internal audits to assess the organization's financial procedures, identify risks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Providing guidance and recommendations to management or clients on financial decisions, investments, and strategies to optimize financial performance.
Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting principles, including tax laws and financial reporting standards.
Preparing and filing tax returns, maintaining tax records, and providing tax planning advice to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with tax laws.
Education and Experience
A Bachelor Degree or Higher National Diploma in Accounting or related courses from a reputable educational institution.
ACA is an added advantage
Prior work experience as an Account Assistant between 2-3 years.
Excellent MS Office knowledge
Must be between 24 and 34 years of age
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with office gadgets and applications
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
