Academy Program Manager at Quidax

What we're looking for

• This is a new role at Quidax, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and lead initiatives in the dynamic and rapidly growing field of cryptocurrency education. 
• As the Academy Program Manager at Quidax, you will be crucial in designing and implementing comprehensive learning programs focused on cryptocurrency trading.
• This fully remote position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of educational technology and the ability to drive initiatives that educate individuals on the principles of wealth creation and sustainability through crypto. 

What your day-to-day looks like

• Develop, implement, and continuously enhance learning programs related to cryptocurrency fundamentals, trading strategies, and financial literacy.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to ensure the relevance and accuracy of program content.
• Explore and leverage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technologies to facilitate accessible and engaging learning experiences.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in edTech to enhance the effectiveness of crypto education programs.
• Foster community among participants through forums, discussion groups, and networking events.
• Encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the crypto education community.
• Establish and monitor metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
• Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continually improve program content and delivery methods.
• Collaborate with internal departments, industry experts, and partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Act as a liaison between the Learning and Development team and other relevant departments.
• Emphasize financial literacy principles in the context of cryptocurrency trading.
• Educate participants on responsible investing, risk management, and ethical considerations in the crypto space.

Job requirements

What you need to have

• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in program and learning management, preferably in the context of financial services or cryptocurrency.
• Familiarity with educational technologies, Learning Management Systems, and online learning platforms.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.
