    Academy Administrator/Principal

    Events Architects Ltd is a creative-led, design, production and experience-driven events + brand activation agency based in Nigeria. We also create stunning engaging Corporate, Brand and Entertainment events. 

    Responsibilities

    • Planning, development, creation, and implementation of training programs.
    • Maintaining up-to-date, correct, and accurate training records, such as trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets, etc.  
    • Ensure the compliance of all training activities with established policies and best practices.
    • Supporting or assisting the Academy’s training function by overseeing communication with participants and vendors, and also assisting with the development of the most effective programs, for the major aim of attaining the set business goals or objectives.
    • Create٫ review and disseminate training material٫ such as instructional notes and feedback forms. 
    • prepare and manage budgets, submit proposals, financial reports and responsible for generating new business and ideas.
    • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to drive sales for the Academy.
    • Responsible for carrying out several important duties such as participating in the planning, booking and setting up classrooms and training venues, managing schedules, records and accounts that are receivable, and several other daily duties as required by the management.
    • Reaching out to attendees and clients in order to inform them about upcoming or proposed training programs, scheduling the appropriate classroom and ensuring that physical setup or equipment such as audiovisual equipment are well prepared
    • Other projects/duties as assigned for the overall benefit of the organization.

    Requirements

    • Must reside in Lagos
    • First degree in Management or other related disciplines.
    • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Training administrator or educator
    • Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.
    • Experience in Project Management and Learning Management Systems.
    • Must possess intermediate to advanced Microsoft office skills .
    • Must be able to work under pressure, deliver work in accordance with agreed timelines.
    • Motivated by the desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.
