Academic Coordinator at Zephyr Interior Design Academy - ZIDA

Summary

• We are recruiting an Academic Coordinator to take full ownership of academic delivery across our programmes.

The Role

• You will be responsible for everything academic from the point a student enrols to the point they are certified.

This includes:

• Building and publishing class timetables across both campuses
• Coordinating facilitator schedules, confirming delivery and following up weekly
• Issuing assignment briefs, tracking submissions and ensuring marked work is returned on time
• Maintaining accurate student records, attendance and results
• Preparing certification lists and managing the certificate register
• Reporting weekly on academic delivery.

You Should Have

• A First Degree or HND
• At least two years in academic administration, school administration or training coordination
• Strong written English
• Confidence with Google Sheets, Forms, Drive and Calendar
• A record of following through and holding others to deadlines.
