E-Commerce Platform and Systems Administrator at LongBridge Technologies Ltd

Job Description

• On-boarding, order management processes including uploading, removal, approval, taking orders, tracking order etc.
• Work with Operations personnel to ensure all orders are tracked from order placement to delivery
• Follow up on customer order after delivery by sending mails and obtaining customers feedback about their orders
• Working closely with peers to ensure the appropriate focus and sense of urgency is applied to all production issues, orders and quality issues.
• Works closely with business teams regarding site content, order management,logistics  and quality assurance procedures
• Provide back-end support to customer service team and ensure all technical issues are  fixed in a timely manner.
• Works with Engineers and Solution Analysts to implement and support new features.
• Seeks opportunities to learn, automate, document, share, educate, and improve   processes where appropriate.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of applications and infrastructure within the e-commerce environment and how they impact member experience, site  performance, stability, and quality.
• Participate and contribute to multiple cross functional meetings with technical and  business stakeholders .

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science or equivalent Qualification
• Must be IT savvy and good understanding of e-commerce business process
• Experience working on e-commerce or transaction sites and supporting Order Management Solutions would be an advantage
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Must be able to analyze  problems encountered during work activity and recommend solutions.
