Job Description

• Implement effective sales management processes to follow-up on sales leads and projects with each distribution.
• Manage product pricing in the market place.
• Identifies and evaluates partnership/distribution opportunities.
• Manage the ongoing relationship between the organization and participants within the value chain.
• Facilitate cooperation between partners included in the delivery of products to the end user.
• Develop detailed reports that offer quantifiable data to assist the sales, marketing and production departments.
• Oversee day to day channel operations in the markets.
• Work closely with all aspects of the business to gather product and channel insights.
• Develop, drive and implement channel marketing activities.
• Implement channel campaigns in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets.
• Work closely with the product and corporate marketing teams to support brand development.Any other duty that may be assigned by the AGM-Sales & Marketing.

Qualifications

• Reporting to Group Managing Director, the candidate must have a good B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Agricultural Economics or related discipline from a recognized Institution with a recognized professional qualification or MBA.
