Office Cleaner/Assistant at QuantumX

Job Description
We are looking for an Office Assistant/Cleaner to take responsibilities listed below:

• Ensure that offices, lobby, toilets, kitchen, staircase, and surroundings are kept in a clean and orderly condition.
• Provide a high efficient and quality cleaning service comprised of vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying bins, polishing of surfaces, equipment, fittings, window blinds, glasses, etc.
• Render general office assistance to the administrative executives in terms of making photocopies, distribution of documents, running essential errands, etc. and handling other clerical tasks in our office.
• Handling incoming phone calls and other communications, welcoming clients and visitors, as well as managing files, updating paperwork and other documents, perform other general office clerical duties and errands.
• Maintain supply inventory and office equipment as needed
• Aid with coordination of events as necessary

Requirements

• SSCE/WAEC, Diploma and OND Holders
• Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
• Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
• Warm personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.
• Great communication skills.
