Job Description

• Maintains administrative task of staff by assisting the HR to recruit, select, orient, and train employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
• Provides supplies by identifying needs for reception, offices, restrooms, store and kitchenette; establishing policies, procedures, and work schedules for casual workers.
• Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options; providing a budget, submitting for approval and invoicing for petty cash.
• Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery;
• Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
• Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
• Assist the Business Development Department in drafting and distributing proposals whenever instructed.
• Achieve financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; scheduling expenditures; analyzing differences.
• Perform other related duties as required
