Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the function of inducting new staff into the kitchen
• Oversee the successful daily activities of the kitchen
• Forecast & determine the amount of food to be produced daily based on volume demand
• Ascertain that sufficient raw materials/ingredients are available for each product to be baked
• Ascertain that baked goods are removed as soon as they are done and placed on conveyor belts
• Pack baked items into properly sized boxes or cling film
• Ascertain the display units are kept clean and stocked with fresh items throughout the day
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Monitor the quality of food prepared
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, and storing food

Requirements:

• Candidate must be good at preparing both local dishes and continental dishes.
• Proficiency in the use of modern Kitchen equipments
• Good knowledge of various cooking techniques
• Knowledgeable in meeting Health Department guidelines for sanitation and safety
•  2-3 years experience as a chef in one of the popularly recognized brands in the industry.
• Candidate must not be more than 35 years of age.
