Responsibilities

• Ensure Construction work is carried out to specification
• Project Supervision
• Track work progress with the aid of program of work and report details to the project manager
• Ensure that construction/renovation activities are carried out in a safe manner.
• Designs floor plans
• Project Delivery
• Proper Storage of equipment before and after site activities
• Work in progress report.
• Report to the COO/Project  Manager

Qualification

• University degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years work experience in construction and project management
• Attention to details
• Good interpersonal relationship
• Good industry knowledge
• Ability to develop and deliver presentation
