Our Client, an active player in the Investment Sector requires the services of a Compliance Associate to join its team.

The successful Candidate will be responsible for direct relations with SEC and ensuring the Company standards complies to both local and international regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate reports to the Deputy Managing Director. The responsibilities include;

• Developing and implementation of compliance risk management plans
• Continual compliance risk assessment of company practices together with the development of internal policies and procedures and protocols
• Monitoring, creating awareness and review of Compliance Policies & Compliance Report Monitoring
• Tracking/Logging all compliance related correspondence between the stakeholders

Qualification Requirements

• Degree in Law or Business Admin.
• SEC sponsored individual is preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience within the Financial Investment Sector
