Summary - The supervisor is reponsible for planning and overseeing the prodiction of quality garments at the best possible price.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 2-4 years related experience as an garment production manager in a vertically preferably in an integrated retail environment is required
• Experience working with a variety of machines and equipment
• An understanding of quality fabrics, trims, garment construction, and production lead-times
•  Knowledge/understanding of fabrics and different garment wash and pressing processes that help problem solve production issues will be a plus
• Strong interpersonal, organization and verbal/written skills
• Capable of handling multiple tasks and work with a keen sense of urgency
• Must have the ability to proactively trouble shoot and problem solve
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office & Email) are required
•  Good people management/delegation skills and able to interact with employees at all levels
