Quality Control Officers at Stova Industries Ltd

It is a full-time role based in Ibafo, by Mountain of Fire Prayer City. The Quality Control Officers who are detail-oriented and analytical will to join our production and operations team. You will monitor production processes, inspect raw materials and finished goods, and ensure strict compliance with internal quality and safety standards. 

Key Responsibilities

• Inspection & Testing: Inspect incoming raw materials, chemical batches, or production components before release.
• Process Monitoring: Monitor critical control points (CCPs) along the production or assembly line to prevent defects.
• Compliance & Reporting: Record inspection data, log deviations, and submit daily or weekly quality reports to the Production Manager.
• Batch Control: Recommend the release, hold, or rejection of production batches based on quality findings.
• Corrective Action: Escalate recurring quality issues and help implement corrective and preventive measures (CAPA). 

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum of HND, or B.Sc. in Chemistry, chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in quality control or quality assurance within manufacturing, FMCG, or production.

Personal Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Good knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) & Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Ability to use measurement tools, check sheets, and reporting software.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
