Job Summary

We seek to hire a professional in the capacity of a Head, Technical Services for our client, a leading IT establishment. The successful candidate reports to the COO and will be responsible for Networks, infrastructure and IT management.

Responsibilities

• Provide technology vision and leadership in the development and implementation of the firm’s information technology (IT) program
• Lead the firm in planning and implementing enterprise information systems to support both distributed and centralized business operations and achieve more effective and cost beneficial enterprise-wide IT operations.
• Management of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning across all business functions in the IT Directorate

Qualification Requirements

• BSc degree in Computer Science. MIT or MIS is an added advantage
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience within the IT Sector
• ITIL or CISCO certified
