    Corporate Communications and Branding Executive

    Summary

    This role entails Establishing strategy and policy direction for internal and external communications of the company, this includes;

    • Advertising
    • Media and Publicity
    • Talent Managements
    • Events Management
    • Branding and Image Management
    • Partnerships and Sponsorships

    Responsibilities

    • Establishes strategy and policy direction for internal and external communications and corporate relations of the organisation, including publicity and public relations, advertising, branding, image management/positioning.
    • Responsible for all written communications, including electronic and print communications, contributions to company publications, marketing materials, websites and client/community engagement communications;
    • Articulates clear brand goals and objectives and provides leadership for brand management activities and public relations strategies across the organisation.
    • Provides strategic counsel to Executive Committee and senior management teams, business unit managers to build and protect corporate brand name and image.
    • Implements brand acculturation programmes to ensure full understanding and adoption of the oragnisation's brand by all employees
    • Establishes communication and brand management guidelines and ensures compliance, for standardization and quality control
    • Establishes overall strategy and program for community relations; oversees corporate social responsibility strategy and project definition/execution including budget allocation and management
    • Identifies and develop strong alliances/partnerships with reputable local and international external agencies, vendors, suppliers, major brands and investors.
    • Develops strategies to ensure the organization's relationship with partners reflects positively on the company's image
    • Actively develops effective and innovative media opportunities for the company.
    • Apply strong project management skills to deliver projects on time and within budget as well as identify potential obstacle and create plans to overcome them
    • Manages the agreed budget for Corporate Communications and Branding 
    • Develops metrics to measure impact of advertising and sponsorship initiatives on brand perception and the company's overall performance
    • Tracks brand perception indicators against the organisation's brand goals and objectives
    • Develops and implements brand management plans and ensures compliance across all levels in the company
    • Defines clear corporate communications and advertising strategies and programs to achieve brand objectives
    • Provide oversight for corporate social responsibility and sustainability strategy and programs.

    Experience
    Minimum of 2 - 3 years cognate experience in a reputable organisatio with a minimum of 1 year in marketing, branding and or public relations function.
