    • Develop Strategies to Recruit Associates into Financial Services Marketing Company
    • Guide Associates to meet Minimum Certification Requirements
    • Oversee the Training of Associates on Consultative Marketing of the Products/Services and Running their Financial Services Marketing Practise
    • Performance Dashboard Monitoring and Reporting directly to the CEO.
